Sexual Assault Training and Volunteer Opportunity

If you're interested in getting trained in Sexual Assault crisis intervention (40 plus hrs. ICASA approved training) and are looking for a volunteer opportunity this summer, check out Rape Victim Advocate's upcoming training in June (training starts June 1st). The training gets you a certificate and provides you with the skills to be one of RVA's volunteer medical advocates. Medical advocates cover a few shift per month and respond to calls at local hospitals when sexual assault survivors come into the hospital.
